Project period 9/2015-08/2016
Description of the project
The EMEU project – Engineering Mobility in Europe – is a 2 year project run by the EMEU network. The network was established prior to the project and the network will continue after. The EMEU project is a highly appreciated opportunity to develop and consolidate our aim and objectives. The advantage of a 2 year project is that we have the available funds to get a lot of experience in a short space of time.
The main aim of the project is to create modules of 2 to 3 weeks in which both theory and practice is offered to a mixed group of both national and EMEU students. During the modules, the students will visit local and regional companies to experience the theory applied in practical situations. Local and/or regional industry also contributes to the project by helping to develop the contents of the modules and by offering work experience opportunities to the transnational students during and/or after completion of the modules.
